Refund Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

REFUNDS

If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (35 business days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment

 

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of TBRS (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    *You can submit refund requests within 15 days of your order or after the guaranteed period for delivery (50 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message to our Contact Us popup in the bottom right corner or emailing us at info@thebattleroyaleshop.com

    If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days after proof is given that the item is being returned.

    EXCHANGES

    We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Clothing can only be replaced if untouched/unworn. The buyer will have to pay the shipping cost to have the item exchanged.

    Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
